We don’t need to use pushy sales tactics or intimidation to run our business. We believe that if we put customers first by delivering a fairly priced, quality service, they will reward us with their loyalty the next time they need a scheduled service, or repairs on their car. A common experience that many people have when they take their cars into the mechanic is that they get a phone call later that day telling them they NEED to get certain work done on their car.

They’ll say, “It’s really, really urgent, if you don’t get it done RIGHT NOW, your car will break down!”.

Nobody likes those high pressure calls. Nobody knows whether the work is really needed or not. Nobody should conduct business this way.

We don’t believe in those phone calls here at CosmoCare Mechanical and Tyres and we ensure there is no pressure or intimidation. We like to keep you fully informed and give you all the options that we can. We do this because we want you to be in control and we want you to understand what needs to be done to look after your car.
